Terms of Service

These Terms explain the basic conditions for using Will AI, age requirements, data permissions, and the service boundaries of a wellness app.

이 문서는 한국과 미국 출시를 위한 통합 안내입니다. 운영 주체 정보는 법인 설립 후 업데이트됩니다. This combined notice supports the Korea and United States launch and will be updated when Will AI Team forms a legal entity.

1. 서비스

Will AI는 사용자의 일상 데이터, 건강·피트니스 데이터, 위치, 일정, 음성 기록, 사진, 개인 기록을 통합해 타임라인, 회고, 리포트, 채팅, 개인 위키를 제공하는 웰니스 및 life-modeling 서비스입니다.

Will AI Team은 기능, 지원 범위, 데이터 처리 방식을 개선하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 또는 웹사이트를 통해 안내합니다.

1. Service

Will AI is a wellness and life-modeling service that combines daily life data, health and fitness data, location, calendar, voice records, photos, and personal records to provide timelines, reflections, reports, chat, and personal wiki features.

Will AI Team may improve or change features, support scope, and data processing practices. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.

2. 이용 자격

한국 사용자는 만 14세 이상, 미국 사용자는 만 13세 이상, 캐나다 사용자는 만 14세 이상이어야 Will AI를 사용할 수 있습니다. 해당 기준 미만인 경우 서비스를 사용할 수 없습니다.

계정을 만들거나 서비스를 사용하면 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

2. Eligibility

Users in Korea must be at least 14 years old, users in the United States at least 13, and users in Canada at least 14. Users below these thresholds may not use Will AI.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. 의료 목적이 아님

Will AI는 의료기기, 의사, 응급 서비스가 아닙니다. 앱의 분석, 리포트, 채팅 답변은 진단, 치료, 약물 처방, 약물 복용 지시, 응급 판단을 대체하지 않습니다.

응급 증상, 심한 통증, 호흡 곤란, 자해 위험, 급격한 건강 악화가 있으면 앱을 기다리지 말고 현지 응급 서비스 또는 의료 전문가에게 연락해야 합니다.

3. Not medical advice or an emergency service

Will AI is not a medical device, doctor, or emergency service. Analysis, reports, and chat responses do not replace diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication instructions, or emergency decisions.

If you experience emergency symptoms, severe pain, trouble breathing, risk of self-harm, or sudden health deterioration, do not wait for the app. Contact local emergency services or a medical professional.

4. 계정, 권한, 데이터

사용자는 Apple, Google, Kakao 등 지원되는 로그인 방식으로 계정을 만들 수 있습니다. HealthKit, 위치, 캘린더, 마이크, 사진 등 권한은 사용자가 직접 허용하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.

일부 권한을 거부하면 관련 분석은 제한될 수 있지만, 앱은 가능한 범위에서 계속 작동합니다. 사용자는 앱에서 데이터를 내보내거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

4. Account, permissions, and data

Users may create an account with supported sign-in providers such as Apple, Google, and Kakao. Permissions for HealthKit, location, calendar, microphone, and photos are controlled by the user and can be revoked.

If certain permissions are denied, related analysis may be limited, but the app should continue to work where possible. Users can export data or delete their account in the app.

5. 결제와 구독

Will AI는 기본 기능을 무료로 제공합니다. 일부 기능은 Will Membership이라는 유료 구독으로 제공되며, 구독 결제는 Apple의 인앱 결제(App Store)를 통해 처리됩니다.

무료체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 기간 중 해지하지 않으면 체험 종료 후 유료 구독으로 자동 전환되어 결제가 갱신됩니다. 구독 해지, 환불, 결제 관리는 Apple의 구독 관리 정책과 관련 법령에 따릅니다.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Will AI provides core features for free. Some features are offered through a paid subscription called Will Membership, and subscription payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system (App Store).

Where a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and renews unless canceled before the trial ends. Cancellation, refunds, and subscription management follow Apple’s subscription policies and applicable law.

6. 허용되지 않는 사용

타인의 동의 없는 위치, 건강, 음성, 사진, 개인 기록 수집
의료 진단, 치료, 응급 판단을 앱 결과에만 의존하는 행위
서비스 남용, 역공학, 보안 우회, 자동화된 대량 요청
법률 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠 저장 또는 전송
미성년자 연령 기준을 우회하거나 허위 정보를 제공하는 행위

6. Prohibited use

Collecting another person’s location, health, voice, photos, or personal records without consent
Relying solely on app outputs for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency decisions
Abusing the service, reverse engineering, bypassing security, or sending automated bulk requests
Storing or transmitting content that violates law or another person’s rights
Bypassing age requirements or providing false information
